Our coves consist exclusively of a construction material which is recognized as safe: gypsum plaster. This is the guarantee that the construction will remain permanently free of the cracks which can occur with non stress free working materials. With a special tool, a plaster shell is drawn on site into any desired length without seams. The connection to the existing floor area is also done without a transition joint. The wall surface consists of large format gypsum plaster board which is homogeneously primed and ground with reinforced joint filler. The final step is a test coat of white dispersion paint. This system enables individual matching with all existing constructions, e.g. building onto solid walls, free-standing metal scaffolding constructions, circular construction etc. Our many years of experience and our qualified personnel mean that we have the technical know-how to install coves which satisfy the most stringent requirements.

Description
Coves eliminate a studio’s optical and spatial limits caused by floors, walls and ceiling and create the illusion of endless space. They are required wherever even, soft lighting or large space for light settings is required for photographing large objects (furniture) or objects with strongly reflecting surface (cars).

Tip
If required, we can also carry out levelling, filling and grinding work on the existing floor surfaces.
