The Rail Profile

At the heart of the ceiling system is a multifunctional, rigid aluminum rail with eight groove channels. Thanks to its extraordinary load-bearing capacity, it can span large distances without additional fastenings. The groove channels enable the use of our wide range of system accessories, e.g., motor drives, current collectors, generator baskets, and much more.

Power Supply

The underside of the profile rails is completely free of fastening elements. This means that the ceiling rail system can be equipped with electric drives, which is essential for rooms with high ceilings and motorized Maxi Panels.

Power is supplied by current collector trolleys, which are fed via current strips flanged to the side of the profiles. Flash generators, controllers, and ceiling telescopes can also be supplied with power.
A radio remote control is recommended for control, which also works perfectly in large studios.

Motorization and Remote Control

The underside of the profile rails is completely free of fasteners. This means that the ceiling rail system can be equipped with electric drives, which is essential for rooms with high ceilings. In combination with maxi suspensions or slewing rings, lights and sails can be rotated and swiveled into any conceivable position.

We recommend our radio remote control for control, which also works perfectly in large studios.

Single Suspensions

Lamps, panels, and devices that require only one mounting point can be integrated into the ceiling rail system using our single suspensions. The range includes pantographs for manual operation and motorized ceiling telescopes, as well as rope hoists that are continuously height-adjustable via cable or radio remote control from the camera position. and can carry heavy loads.

Safety is a top priority for ceiling mounts. This is ensured by the extremely stable construction of the mounting devices. The telescopic supports and pantographs are equipped with safety ropes to guarantee maximum safety.

Maxi Suspensions

We offer five different suspension systems for integrating Maxi Lights and Maxi Panels into the ceiling rail system. All solutions are technically sophisticated and have proven themselves time and time again in practice.

Motorized control is quick and easy, requiring no assistant, and is carried out via remote control from the camera position.

Generator Cages

Always at hand but never in the way: with Bacht generator cages, you can attach your flash generators and/or power supplies to the ceiling rail system and keep the floor in your studio clear. Since the power supply and all flash equipment cables can also be integrated into the ceiling rail system, this solution offers perfect order and clarity for your studio and maximum freedom for implementing your ideas.

We supply different generator cages for all common manufacturers and generator types, for example for the brands Bacht, Broncolor, Elinchrom, Profoto, and Hensel, as well as various HMI and LED power supplies. Double baskets and custom-made versions are also available.
